Dear Faculty, Delegates, and Esteemed Guests
Welcome to the 30th edition of Lincoln Model United Nations (LMUN). Our names are Joel Chen, Juan Manuel Bermúdez, Ilenia Bianchi and Maria Pia Campos, and we are honored to serve as this year's Secretary and Under-Secretary-Generals for the conference. Having hosted the first MUN conference in Costa Rica, LMUN has always been a pioneer in inspiring global change within our local community. For us, MUN has been an incredible opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue with strangers, learning how collaboration and understanding can lead to cohesive solutions for real-world issues affecting millions globally.
This year, we’re celebrating 30 years of advocating for change in the world we live in. Our objective with this conference revolves around creating an atmosphere of seamless interaction, collaboration, and consensus for all involved. We are incredibly excited to see what LMUN 2026 has in store; we promise it will be an unforgettable experience. We mean it.
